XV. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:

Palm Fresh reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for reasons including but not limited to: inability to access the property, lack of power or utilities, improper or dishonest bookings, rude behavior toward staff, attempts to poach team members, frequent cancellations, or inaccurate billing details.
 

XVI. CANCELLATION POLICY:

Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $30 Late Cancellation fee. Future services will remain as scheduled. Any schedule or service changes must be made by contacting our office, not through our service team members. Cancellation of recurring services must be submitted in writing.
 

XVII. PAYMENT:

We accept Amex, Visa, MasterCard, and cash. Checks are not accepted. A hold on your payment method will be placed 24 hours before your service, with the actual charge occurring only after service completion. Full payment is required on the day of service, and a valid credit card must remain on file for billing purposes.
 

XVIII. ARRIVAL WINDOWS:

Palm Fresh provides arrival windows rather than exact times to ensure flexibility in meeting customer needs. If you live in a condominium or apartment, your service time begins upon arrival at the front desk.
 

XIX. IN-HOME LABOR HOURS:

Our cleaning teams generally consist of one or two members. When multiple cleaners are assigned, the total time quoted in labor hours will be divided accordingly. For instance, a six-hour service with two cleaners will take three hours in total.
 

XX. CLEANING SCHEDULING:

For regularly scheduled cleanings, services are prioritized based on the initial discussion when setting up your cleaning plan. One-time services are scheduled within standard time blocks. It may take a few cleanings to assess your ongoing maintenance needs, and we appreciate your patience during this transition. While we strive to provide the same cleaning team for recurring services, this is not guaranteed.
 

XXI. GIFT CARDS:

Gift cards are redeemable for Palm Fresh services but cannot be exchanged for cash, returned, or refunded. Treat gift cards like cash, as they are not replaceable if lost or used without authorization.
 

XXII. PROPERTY DAMAGE AND LIABILITY:

We take great care of your home, but in the event of accidental damage, please secure valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items. Palm Fresh is not responsible for damages due to faulty installations or improperly secured items. If any damage occurs during your cleaning, our team will inform you immediately. For any damage not reported during the service, notify us within 24 hours for reimbursement consideration.
 

XXIII. REFUND POLICY:

Due to the personalized nature of our services, refunds are not offered. However, Palm Fresh guarantees 100% satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any part of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will re-clean the affected area.
 

XXIV. 24-HOUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:

We offer a 24-hour guarantee on our services. If you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional cost.
 

XXV. GRATUITY:

Tipping is never required, but it is appreciated as a token of gratitude for your cleaning team. Even a personal note of thanks can be meaningful.
 

XXVI. HOLIDAYS:

If your cleaning is scheduled on a Palm Fresh-observed holiday, we will reach out to you to reschedule.
 

XXVII. FEEDBACK:

We value your feedback to help us improve our services. Please share your thoughts by emailing us at info@palm-fresh.com.
 

XXVIII. SUPPLIES:

Palm Fresh uses professional-grade cleaning products and equipment. However, if you prefer that we use specific products on certain surfaces in your home, please contact our office to make arrangements prior to your service.
 

XXIX. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS:

In case of a typographical error on our website, Palm Fresh reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for services listed at incorrect prices. If your credit card has been charged for such a purchase, Palm Fresh will issue a refund for the incorrect amount.
 

XXX. THIRD-PARTY LINKS:

Palm Fresh may provide links to third-party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external sites and access to them is at your own risk.
 

XXXI. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Palm Fresh is not liable for any special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or materials on this site. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product or service purchased.
